Winning multiple awards over the years both with the MPA, Elite Top 100, Better Business Awards and various AFG awards (AFG Top 50, AFG Loan Writer of the Year winner on multiple occasions) as well as being part of the prestigious AFG Chairman’s Club.

However, the highlight of Melissa’s career was being the only female within 2 decades to win the MFAA National Excellence Awards; “Mortgage Credit Adviser of the Year” in 2014. Most recently, Melissa and her team won the 2024 MFAA Best Customer Service Office of the Year, commending the brokerage for presenting the highest level of customer service to their clients within the industry.
