Melissa is a passionate AFG broker backed by more than 12 years' experience in the mortgage and finance industry. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business in Applied Economics, Diploma in Financial Services and an Agents Representative License in Real Estate and in December 2013 was elected to the MFAA State Council in Victoria. Throughout her career Ms Gielnik has gone from strength to strength winning the MFAA 11th Annual Excellence Awards, in the sought-after category of "Mortgage Credit Adviser of the Year 2014"
One of the top female brokers in the industry her achievements over the past 24 months include securing a finalist positions in the MFAA excellence awards 2013, the Australian Broking Awards 2013, position's in both The Adviser's Elite Business Writer's Ranking and MPA's Top 100 Brokers List.

Emma Gillman - Administration Manager
Emma Gillman is the newest member of the Smart Lending team, joining the business in October 2009 as the office manager and Administration Manager.
Since completing her Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne in 2001, Emma has worked for two of Australia's major banks, bringing a wealth of banking and settlements knowledge to the business.
Whether it be sending out settlement cards and letters or managing client progress payments, Emma ensures that the business runs smoothly from day to day and that all our clients receive the best possible service experience.
